Where is the official QuickQ download?

Grab the QuickQ client from the official download page. Choose the system that matches your device (Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android) and you will be sent to the matching distribution link. Sticking to quickqmaxl.com.cn means installers from third parties never enter the picture.

What comes right after setup?

Open QuickQ, sign in with your registered account, and the home screen lists the routes you can use. Choose one, press connect, and the status switches to connected. If this is your first time, the tutorial confirms each step for you.

How do I set up QuickQ on another machine?

Install the client on the new device and sign in with the account you already have. Registering or paying again is unnecessary. The number of devices you can keep online follows the conditions of your active plan on the plans page.

The connection keeps spinning. How do I fix it?

Start by disconnecting and confirming the device can reach the internet on its own. Then try another route. If it stays on connecting, close QuickQ fully and reopen it. Should the issue remain, verify whether a system proxy or security program is intercepting network requests.

Speed is inconsistent. What should I try?

Ease off on downloads, video, and other heavy traffic, then move to a route with less load. Also make sure no other VPN or proxy tool is running at the same time, as it can compete with QuickQ routes. Trying the service at different hours usually shows whether congestion or your own bandwidth is responsible.

Account safety: what should I do?

Use a password that is hard to guess and never used on another site. Keep verification codes and account details private, and take the client only from trusted entries such as quickqmaxl.com.cn instead of unknown or cracked installers.

Checking your billing period and expiry

Once signed in, the account area shows the current billing period, expiry date, and status. The purchase entry on the official plans page shows the same. Renewing the plan and signing in again brings access back.

Supported operating systems and devices

The QuickQ client runs on 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11, macOS 11 and later, iPhone and iPad on iOS 14 and later, Android 8.0 and later, and Linux desktops running Ubuntu 20.04 or Debian 11 and above. Before installing, make sure the device offers at least 2 GB of RAM and about 200 MB of free space; on Linux, check which builds the download page currently serves.

Free version and plan pricing explained

Three paid periods are on offer: 1 month at CNY 49, 12 months at CNY 299, and 24 months at CNY 499, each including supported devices and online help. There is no permanently free version, so a single month is an easy way to find out whether it works for you. Pricing and benefits follow the plans page.

Privacy: what is stored and why

Under the official privacy policy, QuickQ handles account identifiers, device type, subscription status, and the diagnostic information needed to open accounts, confirm subscriptions, run the service, and answer requests. This supports identity checks, service delivery, security, stability work, and legal obligations. Personal information is never sold, and access controls, protected transmission, and internal audits keep risk low. The privacy policy page holds the full rules.

Using QuickQ across multiple devices

Each plan states that supported devices are covered, so one account can install the client and sign in on several devices. How many can stay online at once depends on your current plan. When a device is replaced or added, installing the client there and signing in with the same account is all it takes, with no new registration or purchase.

What to check when the connection is slow

Pause bandwidth-heavy tasks such as downloads or streaming, then choose a route with lower load. Make sure no other proxy or acceleration tool is running, since it can conflict with QuickQ routes. Testing at different times reveals whether the cause is route congestion or local bandwidth. When a single app is slow, look at its own network settings and cache.

Verifying the source of your client

Enter the download page through the official QuickQ site only, and check the domain before installing. Avoid installers from third-party sites and so-called cracked versions. If the system reports the source as untrusted, confirm it came from the official entry before allowing it. Work through the troubleshooting steps in this FAQ if anything else looks wrong.

If the issue persists, the QuickQ quick start lists what each step should look like, which usually narrows it down. For anything else, send your client version and system details to official support.
